In close proximity to the MSU campus, Southern Shade has everything you need to call this home. One bedroom flats or 2 bedroom townhouses, we have the perfect accommodations for you. Amenities include ceiling fans in the living rooms and bedrooms, lots of closet space, and plenty of parking. Appliances include a stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator with ice maker, and most 2 bedroom units have washer/dryer. Prompt maintenance and on-site pest control service just add to the amenities. For those that need it, there are 2 small private on-site laundries for the complex.
Rent is $575 for the one bedroom units, $900 for 2 bedroom units without washer/dryer, and $950 for 2 bedroom units with washer/dryer.
